Mike Pittman & Pam Strickfaden

Mike Pittman and Pam Strickfaden both have family and business roots in the northwest but have been in Santa Barbara since 2005.  Mike has a BS and a MSPH from the University of Washington and attended the Harvard international senior management program in 1996.  He was the senior human resource professional for an international energy company based out of Scotland and is currently providing consulting services to small and large businesses. In addition, he is leading a utility leadership program for managers at Willamette University.  Pam has a BS from Oregon State University and had a rewarding career in corporate training and corporate sales.  Her past clients include a number of the current Fortune 50 companies. 

Both Pam and Mike have been involved in children and youth organizations in the Portland Oregon area.  From board and foundation roles to hands on fundraising they have tried to make a difference in the areas they call home.  In Santa Barbara, Mike has been an adult literacy tutor and Pam has recently joined the Women’s Fund.  They both believe that integrating personal involvement with a financial commitment can make a difference in people’s lives.
