Dannell Stuart

Dannell Stuart is the Director of Business Development and a Client Advisor for Mission Wealth Management, LLC (MWM), a leading independent wealth advisory firm in the Santa Barbara, CA area.  Dannell grew up in Orange County, CA and moved to Santa Barbara to attend UC Santa Barbara in 1992. In 1996 she graduated with honors with degrees in Spanish and Communication Studies, and has been working in the wealth management field ever since, first with AmeriFlex Financial Services and now with Mission Wealth. She has contributed personal finance articles to The Santa Barbara News Press, Santa Barbara News Press WOMAN Magazine, and Coastal Woman Magazine. She has taught the investments course for the UCSB Extension Personal Financial Planning Certificate Program and has led a Women & Money course at the UCSB Professional Women's Conference. In 2008 she was named to the "Top 40 under 40" business leaders list in the Pacific Coast Business Times.  Dannell is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(r) practitioner, as well as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC(r)) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU(r)). She is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), Santa Barbara Estate Planning Council, Santa Barbara Charitable Giving Roundtable, National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and Santa Barbara Women's Executive Network (WEN). Her favorite non-profit is Free Wheelchair Mission, an organization that gives the gift of mobility to indigent and disabled people around the world. She has also been involved locally with AYSO Youth Soccer, The United Way of Santa Barbara County, The American Heart Association, and Girls, Inc.  Dannell and her husband Craig, a local firefighter, live in Santa Barbara and have two young children, Will and McKenna. They enjoy being active in the local community and spending time with their family.
