Seth Streeter

Seth Streeter is Co-Founder and President of Mission Wealth Management, LLC (MWM), a leading independent wealth advisory firm in the Santa Barbara, CA area.  He began his career in 1992 as an advisor with John Hancock in their Beverly Hills, CA, office. Seth became recognized within John Hancock as one of their top advisors in the country, specializing in financial planning and investment services for affluent individuals.  In 2000, Seth co-founded MWM to carry out his vision for developing a cutting-edge model to provide independent and holistic wealth advice.  Seth has been published in national industry publications, such as Financial Planning Magazine, Money Magazine, and Investment News, and has frequently been featured in the Daily Sound, the Montecito Journal, and on KEYTV (ABC Affiliate) news programs as a financial resource.  Seth graduated with Honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB) with a double major in Communications and Sociology.  He has a Master of Science in financial planning, and is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER practitioner, Certified Estate Advisor, and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst.  Seth is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), the Santa Barbara Estate Planning Council, the UCSB Alumni Association, and the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).  He is also involved with several local non-profit organizations; for example, he is a member of the Philanthropic Services Committee for the Santa Barbara Foundation, a member of the Advisory Council and Legacy Giving Team for the Land Trust for Santa Barbara County and a member of the Planned Giving Committee of the Music Academy of the West. Seth also founded the Inspire Santa Barbara community group.
